Part of the Grande Prairie metropolitan area, Countryside is a community within Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Transportation

Countryside is a very good part of Grande Prairie for driving. Parking is easy. In contrast, the public transit network in Countryside is not very convenient. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the community, and the nearest bus stop is usually very close. Countryside is reasonably appropriate for cycling because bicycling is facilitated by the generally flat terrain, and the cycling network is quite extensive. Walking is not very convenient for home buyers in this part of the city because very few common errands can be run on foot.

Services

Property owners in Countryside almost always have to turn to a car to shop for groceries. Concerning education, families will appreciate that wherever their home is situated in this part of Grande Prairie, both primary and secondary schools are close by. On the other hand, daycares are not plentiful and thus not always within walking distance.

Character
