Located within the Greater Calgary metropolitan area, Legacy is a neighbourhood within Calgary, Alberta.

Transportation

The best transportation option in Legacy is very often driving. It is a rather short drive to the nearest highway from any location in this neighbourhood, and it is very easy to find a parking spot. In contrast, Legacy is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. Legacy is quite bicycling-friendly because this part of the city features a fairly good cycling infrastructure, and the topography is flat. Legacy is not very well-suited for walking since running daily errands is difficult by walking.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to get to high schools from any location in Legacy. In contrast, this area does not have any primary schools. With regards to food, doing one's groceries usually necessitates the use of a car in this part of Calgary. There are also a few restaurants in Legacy.

Character
