Nevertheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. This part of the city is reasonably conducive to bicycling because the cycling infrastructure is quite comprehensive. Many of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are not especially suitable for walking since carrying out day-to-day needs is at times difficult on foot.

Housing

This part of Saskatoon experienced its most significant construction boom in the 1960s and 1970s, so most of the available homes are from this era. This area is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Roughly 70% of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners and the remainder are rented.
