Many of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are reasonably suitable for walking; most day-to-day needs are convenient to carry out without the use of a car, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Holiday Park is also a fairly convenient part of Saskatoon for cyclists. More specifically, there are a limited number of slopes to challenge cyclists, and the bicycling infrastructure is good. Moving around by car is convenient in this area. It is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway from any home in this neighbourhood, and it is very easy to park.
