The neighbourhood of Downtown Regina can be found in the city of Regina, Saskatchewan, which is located in the Greater Regina metropolitan area.

Transportation

This part of the city presents home buyers with the choice between different means of transportation. With approximately 10 nearby bus lines, Downtown is a fairly pleasant part of Regina for travelling by public transit. Many of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are also well-suited for those who travel by foot; running common errands is easy by walking, and numerous businesses are quite nearby. Downtown is reasonably bicycling-friendly since bike riders do not face significant hills, and there are a fair number of bike lanes.
