Le Bic

Part of the Greater Rimouski metropolitan area, Le Bic is a neighbourhood within Rimouski, Quebec.

Transportation

Le Bic is very car friendly. Parking is quite easy. Many of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not very conducive to those who travel by foot because meeting daily needs is very inconvenient by walking. The bike is a rather limited means of transportation in Le Bic because the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and cyclists are faced with a significant amount of elevation changes.

Services

In all but a very small number of cases, a car is required in this neighbourhood to reach the closest grocery store. Nevertheless, pharmacies are generally convenient to get to on foot and sell some staple foods. Regarding education, families will appreciate the proximity to both primary and secondary schools, which are within walking distance from most, if not all, houses for sale in this area.
