Situated within the Greater Québec City metropolitan area, Saint-Émile is a neighbourhood in Québec, Quebec.

Transportation

Saint-Émile is very car friendly. Many properties for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, and it is convenient to come across a parking spot. On the other hand, Saint-Émile is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by approximately 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most houses. Cycling is easy in this neighbourhood. It is occasionally difficult for pedestrians to get around in this area as few daily needs can be met without the use of a car.

Services

It is convenient to access the closest supermarket on foot in Saint-Émile. There are also a few restaurants in this part of Québec. Concerning education, families will value that no matter where their property is situated in this area, primary schools and daycares are nearby. However, Saint-Émile does not contain any high schools.

Character

Saint-Émile is a great neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed ambience. This area is especially quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Finally, it is easy to get to public green spaces since there are approximately 10 of them nearby for residents to discover.

Housing
