Situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Fairview is a neighbourhood within Pointe-Claire, Quebec.

Transportation

It is easy to travel by bike in this neighbourhood because the bicycling infrastructure is well-developed, and there are a limited number of hills. Walking is also practical for residents in Fairview; many daily needs can be carried out on foot. Getting around by public transit is occasionally difficult in this neighbourhood. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by about 20 bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner. However, driving is an excellent transportation option in Fairview. It is very easy to park, and many properties for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Autoroute Félix-Leclerc.

Services

Parents and their children will find that wherever their property is located in Fairview, high schools are nearby. On the other hand, Fairview does not contain any primary schools. In terms of eating, home buyers in this part of Pointe-Claire will value that a grocery store is always only a short walk away. A small variety of restaurants and cafes can be found as well.
