Located within the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Saint-Simon is a neighbourhood within Montréal, Quebec.

Transportation

No matter the means of transportation, it is very convenient to travel in Saint-Simon. It is straightforward for pedestrians to move around in this part of Montréal; many daily needs are very convenient to meet without the use of a car, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Cycling is also convenient in this area since it is a flat ride to most destinations, and the bicycling infrastructure is quite comprehensive. Saint-Simon has a very good public transit infrastructure. In particular, train stations, including the Gare Chabanel with access to the 12 - Saint-Jérôme, are not very far from the majority of houses in the neighbourhood. House owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most homes. Getting around by car is also easy in this area. Most real estate listings are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute Métropolitaine.
