Old Rosemont is a neighbourhood within Montréal, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Old Rosemont does not require use of a car since various other means of transportation are accessible. Walking is very practical for house buyers in Old Rosemont; meeting daily needs is very easy, and many businesses are reasonably nearby. Housing

About three quarters of the population of this neighbourhood rent their home and the remainder are owners. Small apartment buildings are the most common housing type, representing around two thirds of dwellings in this area, whereas the remainder are mainly large apartment buildings and duplexes. This neighbourhood experienced its largest construction boom before the 1960s, so most of the available housing is from this era. This neighbourhood is primarily composed of two bedroom and one bedroom homes.
