Transportation

This neighbourhood is an excellent area with respect to travelling without driving. With plenty of nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Ligne 5 - Bleue and Ligne 2 - Orange, and around 20 nearby bus lines, the very good public transit infrastructure allows people to get to many destinations without needing a vehicle. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are also especially conducive to those who travel by foot; carrying out day-to-day needs is very convenient by walking, and many businesses are quite nearby. La Petite-Patrie is an extraordinarily pleasant part of Montréal for bike riders. In particular, there are a good number of bike lanes, and there are not many hills to confront cyclists.

Services

Parents and their kids will value the proximity to schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from vast majority homes for sale in this part of the city.
