Francois-Perrault affords homeowners the choice between different means of transportation. This neighbourhood is home to a very good public transit infrastructure. For instance, the closest rapid transit station, including Saint-Michel Station and D'Iberville Station on the Ligne 5 - Bleue, is typically very close from most houses in the neighbourhood. House owners have access to about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most properties. Many of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are also very suitable for walking; most daily errands can be run without needing to resort to a vehicle, and there are also a fair number of businesses close by. This area will appeal to physically active people as it is quite suitable for biking. More precisely, bicycle riders do not encounter serious slopes.
