Transportation

Cars are an excellent medium of transportation in Cap-Saint-Jacques. Coming across a parking spot is easy. On the other hand, residents using public transit may find limited options in this area by reason of the low service level. Nonetheless, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Cap-Saint-Jacques is not very conducive to those who travel by foot because common amenities such as banks or barbers can be a rather long walk away. On the other hand, biking is straightforward in this neighbourhood.

Services

Families will welcome the proximity to both primary and secondary schools, which are within walking distance from vast majority properties for sale in this neighbourhood. In contrast, it can be very hard to reach daycares as a pedestrian.
