George-Vernot Park allows property owners to get around using several alternative modes of transportation. This part of the city is very transit friendly. More specifically, house owners can count on the Gare Saint-Michel-Montréal-Nord with access to the 15 - Mascouche. There are about 10 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Physically active people will also value the pedestrian-friendly character of George-Vernot Park; all daily errands can be run on foot, and numerous businesses are quite close by. This neighbourhood is bike-friendly as there are a limited number of elevation changes.
