Driving is a great mode of transportation in this part of Brossard. Accessing a place to park is generally easy, and most homes for sale are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute de l'Acier. On the other hand, residents using public transit may find few choices in sector Y due to the service's low frequency. Nonetheless, there is Brossard on the Gare Centrale - Brossard. There are approximately 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and it is convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most homes. Walking is not very practical for property owners in sector Y because most daily needs are at times difficult to carry out on foot. The bicycle is a mode of transportation in this neighbourhood as the cycling network is not very comprehensive. Nevertheless, the terrain is quite flat.
