Sector J is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Sector J is very car friendly. Parking is quite easy, and most houses for sale are a very short car ride from the closest highway, such as Autoroute de l'Acier. However, the public transit network in sector J is fairly poor. Nevertheless, house owners are served by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. This neighbourhood is not very suitable for those who travel by foot because meeting daily needs is difficult by walking. Even though a few bike-friendly sectors exist, and there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave, bicycling is also challenging in this area since the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed.

Services

It is a short walk to reach daycares from most homes for sale in sector J. In contrast, there are no primary schools and no high schools in sector J. In terms of eating, in all but a few cases, a car is needed to do groceries.
