The neighbourhood of Auteuil is part of the city of Laval, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is often the favoured way to navigate Auteuil. It is convenient to come across a parking spot. However, Auteuil is not an especially pleasant part of Laval for moving around by public transit. Nevertheless, property owners are served by the Gare Sainte-Rose with access to the 12 - Saint-Jérôme. The neighbourhood is connected by approximately 10 bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically just around the corner. Many of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are not especially conducive to those who travel by foot since carrying out daily needs is occasionally difficult. In contrast, Auteuil is reasonably bike-friendly because there are a limited number of slopes.

Services

Accessing the closest supermarket by walking is practical for some, but not all, house buyers in Auteuil.
