Located in the Ottawa - Gatineau metropolitan area, Centre-Ville is an urban village within Gatineau, Quebec.

Transportation

Regardless of the means of transportation, it is very straightforward to move around in this part of the city. With plenty of nearby rapid transit stations on the Rapibus 400, Pré Tunney and Rapibus 800, and over 50 nearby bus lines, the very good public transit infrastructure allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car. A majority of the homes for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are also very suitable for walking; running daily errands is easy by walking, and various businesses are close by. Bicycling is very popular in this area since the cycling network is very good.

Services

A general and a specialty grocery store is always only a rather short walk away in Centre-Ville. Additionally, a restaurant is typically just around the corner, and property owners can enjoy a few cafes as well. When it comes to education, in Centre-Ville, families will usually be able to get to schools and daycares on foot. At the secondary level, both public and private schools can be found.
