Part of the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Sector X is a neighbourhood within Brossard, Quebec.

Transportation

Cars are a great transportation option in this neighbourhood. Accessing a place to park is quite easy, and the vast majority of the street infrastructure is appropriate for driving. However, sector X is not particularly transit friendly. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily close by. Despite the fact that some pleasant areas for bicycling can be found, and it is a flat ride to most destinations, sector X is not very suited for biking as the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed. This part of Brossard is not very convenient for walking since running common errands is at times difficult on foot.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in this part of the city. Furthermore, it can be very hard to reach daycares as a pedestrian. In terms of food, some, but not all, home buyers in sector X will reside within walking distance of the closest supermarket.

Character

Sector X is a neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a chill atmosphere. Sector X can be rather noisy, since traffic during busier hours of the day can occasionally be loud.
