Spring Park is a neighbourhood within Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, which is located in the Greater Charlottetown metropolitan area.

Transportation

A majority of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in areas that are quite conducive to walking; running common errands is easy on foot. Getting around by bicycle is also convenient in this neighbourhood since cyclists do not encounter serious slopes, and there are a good number of bike lanes. Commuting by public transit is difficult in Spring Park. Nonetheless, property owners have access to a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, the best method of transportation in Spring Park is often a car. Nearby highways are easy to reach from anywhere in this part of the city, and it is easy to park.

Services

In Spring Park, parents and their kids will almost always be able to access daycares and schools by walking. In terms of food, a grocery store is usually reachable within a short walk from any location in this neighbourhood.
