The neighbourhood of The Queensway can be found in the city of Toronto, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

The Queensway provides house buyers with the choice between various methods of transportation. The Queensway has a good public transit infrastructure thanks to a few nearby bus lines. Active house buyers will also appreciate the walk-friendly character of this neighbourhood; running common errands is convenient, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. This area is quite suited for bicycling because there are a limited number of hills to challenge cyclists.

Services

Parents and their schoolchildren will welcome that no matter where their house is located in this part of the city, schools and daycares are nearby. At the primary level, there are both public and private schools. With respect to eating, it is usually practical for house buyers in The Queensway to buy their groceries by walking. Additionally, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a good number of opportunities, and there are also a few cafes in this area.

Character

The character of The Queensway is exemplified by its relaxed ambience. The greenery in this area is reasonably prominent as the tree canopy coverage for many streets is fairly good. Getting to parks, including Etobicoke Hydro Green Space and Jeff Healey Park, is very easy from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood since there are around 20 of them close by for residents to discover. This neighbourhood is reasonably quiet overall, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue - although that is not the case around F G Gardiner Expressway.

Housing
