The neighbourhood of Sunnylea is part of the city of Toronto, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

This neighbourhood will draw property owners that appreciate several methods of transportation. Owing to many nearby rapid transit stations on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), and a few nearby bus lines, homeowners can count on public transit to move around in Sunnylea. Physically active people will also value the quite walk-friendly nature of this part of the city; many daily errands can be run without having to resort to a car, and a fair number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Travelling by bicycle is convenient in Sunnylea.

Services

This neighbourhood offers mainly four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes. Roughly three quarters of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by homeowners whereas the remainder are rented. A majority of the housing growth in this part of Toronto happened prior to the 1960s.
