Transportation

Junction Area provides property owners with the choice between a diversity of methods of transportation. The excellent public transit infrastructure allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car. Residents benefit from approximately 10 bus lines, and it is very convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most properties. This neighbourhood is also a fairly convenient part of Toronto for pedestrians; running common errands is very convenient on foot, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Junction Area will attract physically active home buyers because it is reasonably suited for biking. More specifically, bike-share stations are hardly ever more than a few blocks away, and the area is flat.

Services

Daycares and schools are very easy to access on foot from most homes for sale in Junction Area. With respect to eating, a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a very short walk away in this area. In addition, there is typically a restaurant or cafe in close proximity, for example along Dundas Street.

Character

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Junction Area, despite its sometimes busy ambience.
