The neighbourhood of Humberwood can be found in the city of Toronto, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Humberwood permits house buyers to get around using various means of transportation. The public transit system in Humberwood is fairly good. Residents benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. This area is also reasonably cycling-friendly. Humberwood is not particularly well-suited for walking because running daily errands is at times challenging. In contrast, Humberwood is especially car friendly. Many properties for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Highway 427, and it is convenient to access a place to park.

Services

In Humberwood, families will generally be able to access daycares and primary schools by walking. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood. With respect to food, some, but not all, home buyers in Humberwood will reside within walking distance of the closest grocery store. There are also a limited number of options for those who appreciate close by restaurants and cafes.

Character

There is a great variety of green spaces in Humberwood. More specifically, it is very easy to get to green spaces from most locations within the neighbourhood since there are approximately 10 of them nearby for residents to unwind in.
