Transportation

The best means of transportation in this part of Toronto is very often a car. It is easy to park, and many real estate listings are a very short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 401. On the other hand, commuting by transit can be at times challenging in Dean Park as a result of the low service level. Nonetheless, there are about 10 bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner. Travelling on foot is not particularly convenient for home buyers in Dean Park as few common errands can be run on foot. However, the bicycle is a fairly good mode of transportation in this neighbourhood.

Services

Primary schools and daycares are easy to walk to from any location in this area. However, families may find it very hard for their children to access high schools on foot.
