Transportation

This neighbourhood will appeal to house buyers that appreciate a diversity of means of transportation. Chestnut Hills is convenient for those who travel by foot; many daily errands can be run on foot, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. Chestnut Hills is also suited for cycling. With a few nearby bus lines, this area is quite transit friendly. Chestnut Hills is also a fairly good part of Toronto for moving around by car. It is easy to find a parking spot.

Services

Property owners in this area will value that a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a short walk away. In addition, Chestnut Hills is a good place in which to go out to eat or go to a cafe.
