Brockton Village will draw home buyers that value a variety of modes of transportation. This area is especially transit friendly. In particular, rapid transit stations, including Lansdowne Station - Eastbound Platform, Lansdowne Station - Westbound Platform and Dufferin Station - Westbound Platform on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), are not very far away from most properties in the neighbourhood. House owners benefit from about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences. Brockton Village is also an extremely convenient part of Toronto for pedestrians; meeting daily needs is very convenient on foot, and there are also numerous businesses in proximity.
