Shuniah is a neighbourhood within Thunder Bay, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Thunder Bay metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is often the preferred transportation option in this part of the city. Parking is generally easy. On the other hand, Shuniah is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and it is very easy to find a nearby bus stop from most properties. It is at times difficult for people travelling on foot to navigate Shuniah since many daily needs are sometimes challenging to meet by walking. On the other hand, commuting by bicycle is convenient in this area.

Services

Parents and their schoolchildren will welcome that wherever their property is located in Shuniah, both primary and secondary schools are nearby. On the other hand, daycares are not especially plentiful and accordingly not always within walking distance. As far as eating is concerned, home buyers in Shuniah usually have to rely on a vehicle to purchase groceries. Residents of Shuniah are served by a few restaurants as well.

Character
