Transportation

This part of the city is very car friendly. It is very convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit service in this part of Welland is rather poor. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. Travelling on foot is not very feasible for house buyers in Niagara College as running daily errands is at times challenging. However, this part of Welland is reasonably bicycling-friendly as there are a limited number of slopes for cyclists to brave.

Services

Some, but not all, property owners in this neighbourhood will reside within walking distance of the closest supermarket. There are a few opportunities for those who care about restaurants in close proximity. In terms of education, daycares and primary schools are convenient to walk to from any location in this neighbourhood. However, Niagara College does not contain any high schools.
