Transportation

Cars are an excellent means of transportation in Fort Erie. Many homes for sale are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Queen Elizabeth Way, and coming across a place to park is generally easy. The bicycle is a sometimes poor method of transportation in Fort Erie because the cycling infrastructure is rather limited. Thankfully, it is an even ride to most locations. It is also challenging for pedestrians to get around in Fort Erie because very few day-to-day errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.

Services

It is a rather short walk to get to primary schools from most homes for sale in Fort Erie. On the other hand, high schools are not particularly numerous and accordingly not always within walking distance. Parents can choose between public and private elementary schools.
