Transportation

No matter the mode of transportation, it is easy to get around in this part of Ottawa. Active people will welcome the reasonably pedestrian-friendly nature of this part of the city; many daily needs are convenient to carry out on foot. Centrepointe is also amenable to biking since riding is facilitated by the generally flat terrain, and there are a fair number of bike lanes. Thanks to approximately 20 nearby bus lines, this neighbourhood is transit friendly. The preferred method to move around in Centrepointe is usually driving. Accessing a place to park is quite easy, and it is a rather short drive to the closest highway from any location in this area.

Services

In Centrepointe, families will generally be able to reach daycares and schools by walking. At the secondary level, both public and private schools can be found.
