Part of the Norfolk metropolitan area, Nixon is a community within Norfolk County, Ontario.

Cars are a great transportation option in Nixon. Parking is easy. This part of the city is not very bike-friendly as the bicycling network is not very comprehensive. Thankfully, riding is facilitated by the generally flat terrain. This part of Norfolk County is also not very conducive to walking since almost no daily errands can be run on foot.

Concerning education, parents and their children will welcome the proximity to primary schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of houses for sale in this area.
