Located in the St. Catharines - Niagara metropolitan area, Glendale is a neighbourhood within Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

Transportation

Driving is an excellent transportation option in Glendale. It is very easy to access a parking spot, and most homes for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 405. On the other hand, public transit riders may find very limited options in Glendale as a result of the low service level. Nonetheless, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines. Glendale is not especially appropriate for cycling because there are a good number of elevation changes to challenge cyclists, and there are few bike lanes. Travelling on foot is also not very practical for home buyers in this area since running common errands is impractical.

Services

Home buyers in Glendale almost always need a vehicle to reach the closest grocery store. There are also a few opportunities for those who appreciate nearby restaurants.
