Part of the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area, Western Business Park is a neighbourhood within Mississauga, Ontario.

Transportation

Western Business Park will appeal to active house buyers as it is quite well-suited for walking; many common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. The bicycle is a good method of transportation in this part of the city. Driving is a great means of transportation in Western Business Park. Nearby highways, such as Highway 407, are very easy to access from any home in this part of the city, and it is especially convenient to come across a place to park. In contrast, the public transit network in Western Business Park is somewhat poor. Thankfully, commuters benefit from Winston Churchill Station East Platform 6 and Winston Churchill Station West Platform 4 on the Meadowvale Express. Residents benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most properties.

Thanks to the presence of few people out and about on the streets, this neighbourhood is relatively quiet, although there can be more noise for those who are closer to Highway 403 or Highway 407.

In this area, about 30% of buildings are single detached homes, but large apartment buildings and townhouses are also present in the housing stock. Around 45% of properties in this neighbourhood were built in the 1980s, while many of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1990s. This part of Mississauga is primarily composed of four or more bedroom and three bedroom homes.
