Transportation

Southdown provides home buyers with the choice between different means of transportation. This neighbourhood is suitable for those who travel by foot; many daily needs can be met without the use of a vehicle. It is also easy to commute by bike in this part of the city as there are a fair number of bike lanes. Home buyers can count on public transit to travel in Southdown as a consequence of Clarkson Go Station Platform 9 with access to the University Express, and a few nearby bus lines. Cars are also a great means of transportation in Southdown. Parking is generally easy, and the street layout is reasonably conducive to driving.

Services

In Southdown, parents and their children will generally be able to get to daycares and primary schools by walking. In contrast, this neighbourhood does not have any high schools.
