Transportation

This part of Markham allows home buyers to move around by a diversity of methods of transportation. This area is a fairly convenient part of Markham for moving around by public transit by reason of Hwy 7 / Main Markham on the Viva Purple, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines. It is also easy for pedestrians to navigate this area; many common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle, and plenty of businesses are quite nearby. Travelling by bicycle is easy in this area.

Services

The closest supermarket in Old Markham Village is typically only a rather short walk away. Additionally, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and there are also a few cafes in this area.
