Transportation

Southcrest is quite bicycling-friendly as the cycling infrastructure is extensive. Southcrest will also appeal to physically active house buyers as it is suitable for those who travel by foot; many daily needs can be met without the use of a car. Driving is a good transportation option in this area. It is easy to park. However, Southcrest is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, house owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby.

Services

The closest grocery store in Southcrest is generally only a rather short walk away. A limited selection of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well. In terms of education, schools and daycares are convenient to walk to from any location in this area.

Southcrest is a very good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm ambience. This part of London is very quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
