Transportation

This neighbourhood is a fairly convenient part of Hamilton for pedestrians, although daily errands are sometimes difficult to run on foot. In contrast, Gurnett is not particularly amenable to bicycling because the area is not particularly flat, and there are few bike lanes. The public transit network in this area is not very practical. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. However, driving is often the best transportation option in this area. It is easy to park, and many real estate listings are a rather short drive from the nearest highway, such as Lincoln M Alexander Parkway.
