Part of the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area, Crerar is a neighbourhood within Hamilton, Ontario.

Transportation

Physically active home buyers will welcome the quite walk-friendly nature of this part of the city; many common errands can be run on foot. Although biking is more practical in some pockets than others, and there are few slopes to confront cyclists, this area is not especially amenable to bicycling because there are few bike lanes. This neighbourhood is not particularly transit friendly. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, driving is usually the best approach to move around in this part of the city. It is a very short car ride to the closest highway, such as Lincoln M Alexander Parkway, from any home in Crerar, and it is convenient to find a place to park.
