Transportation

The best way to move around in Rural Markham is very often a car. It is easy to come across a parking spot. In contrast, public transit riders may have few choices in Rural Markham due to the low service level. Nevertheless, homeowners are served by about 10 bus lines, and bus stops are typically nearby. Getting around by bicycle is easy in this neighbourhood as there are a fair number of bike lanes. Rural Markham is not particularly well-suited for those who travel by foot because many day-to-day needs are at times difficult to meet by walking.

Services

Buying one's groceries very often demands the use of a vehicle in Rural Markham. Nevertheless, pharmacies are typically easy to get to on foot and supply some basic food items.
