Transportation

There are about 10 bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is generally just around the corner. Active house buyers will also value the quite walk-friendly character of Pleasant View; many daily needs can be met by walking, and numerous businesses are close by. Travelling by bicycle is easy in this neighbourhood.

Services

It is a short walk to access schools and daycares from most houses for sale in this part of the city. Families are served by public and private primary schools. In terms of food, the closest supermarket in this area is typically only a short walk away. Likewise, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and a small number of cafes can be found as well.

Character

The character of Pleasant View is exemplified by its calm environment. Most areas in this part of Toronto are quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although that is not the case around Highway 404.
