There are many nearby entertainment venues, there are crowds of people around most of the time, and finding one of the about 10 bars is very easy because they are generally situated in very convenient locations. Garden District is reasonably quiet, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. The greenery in this neighbourhood is not especially prominent; to be more specific, residents will find that the tree canopy coverage for the majority of streets is below average.
