This community is a very good part of Greater Sudbury for driving. It is very easy to access a parking spot. Most homes for sale in this community are located in places that are not very suitable for those who travel by foot because very few day-to-day needs can be carried out by walking. This area is also not very bicycling-friendly since there are few bike lanes, and there is a significant amount of elevation changes.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Falconbridge. In terms of eating, it is very rarely practical for house buyers in this area to do grocery shopping on foot.
