Brockley

The neighbourhood of Brockley is part of the city of London, Ontario, which is located in the Greater London metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a great medium of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is a short drive to the nearest highway, such as Highway 402, from any location in this part of the city, and it is very convenient to find a place to park. In contrast, residents using public transit may have very limited options in Brockley by reason of the infrequent service. Nonetheless, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are ordinarily a short walk away. Commuting by bicycle is at times challenging in this part of the city as the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed. Nonetheless, certain pleasant sectors for bicycling exist, and cyclists do not face significant hills. This neighbourhood is also not very conducive to walking since most daily needs are inconvenient to carry out on foot.

Services

High schools and primary schools are not plentiful in Brockley, and accordingly not always within walking distance. Concerning eating, in all but a very small number of cases, a car is needed in this area to reach the nearest supermarket.
