Transportation

Regardless of the medium of transportation, it is quite convenient to get around in this part of the city. Most houses for sale in this area are located in places that are well-suited for those who travel by foot; meeting daily needs is convenient on foot, and there are also a fair number of businesses close by. In contrast, the bike is a somewhat poor means of transportation in Eastmount since there are quite a few elevation changes, and there are few bike lanes. House buyers can rely on public transit to get around in this neighbourhood by reason of a few nearby bus lines. Eastmount is also reasonably car friendly. It is convenient to park.

Services
