Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in Rural Clarington. It is very easy to park. In contrast, travelling by transit can be very difficult in Rural Clarington due to the low service level. Nevertheless, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is typically relatively close by. Bicycling is challenging in Rural Clarington because there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave, and the cycling infrastructure is quite poor. Thankfully, some pleasant areas for cycling exist. This part of Clarington is also not very suitable for walking as very few daily errands can be run on foot.

Services

High schools and primary schools are not numerous in Rural Clarington, and accordingly tend to be a very long walk away. At the secondary level, both public and private schools can be found.
