Transportation

Cars are a good mode of transportation in Chatham. It is straightforward to come across a place to park. In contrast, getting around by public transit is difficult in Chatham. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most homes. The bicycle is a reasonably good means of transportation in Chatham because the topography is flat. It is at times challenging for pedestrians to get around in Chatham as few common errands can be run on foot.

Services

Daycares and schools are convenient to walk to from most homes for sale in this part of Chatham-Kent. In addition to public schools, there are private elementary and high schools. In terms of eating, some, but not all, property owners in Chatham will live within walking distance of one of approximately 10 supermarkets.
