The neighbourhood of Charing Cross can be found in the municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Chatham-Kent metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent transportation option in this part of the municipality. Accessing a place to park is generally easy. However, commuting by transit can be challenging in this part of Chatham-Kent by reason of the low service level. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually just around the corner. This area is not very suitable for those who travel by foot because running common errands is very impractical by walking. Although bike riders do not face significant slopes, cycling is also challenging in Charing Cross as the bicycling infrastructure is quite poor.

Services

Primary schools are especially convenient to reach on foot from anywhere in this part of the municipality. In contrast, this neighbourhood does not contain any high schools. With respect to food, house buyers in Charing Cross almost always have to use a vehicle to access the nearest supermarket.
