Chilligo

Chilligo is a neighbourhood within Cambridge, Ontario, which is located in the Kitchener - Cambridge - Waterloo metropolitan area.

Transportation

This part of the city is very car friendly. The street infrastructure is quite amenable to driving, and it is very easy to find a place to park. In contrast, this part of Cambridge is not very transit friendly. Most houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not very well-suited for walking since very few daily needs can be carried out on foot. On the other hand, Chilligo is quite cycling-friendly because the terrain is mostly flat.

Services

House buyers in this part of the city almost always have to rely on a car to access the nearest grocery store. With respect to education, there are no high schools and no primary schools in Chilligo. Moreover, there are only a few daycares and thus they can be an extended walk away.

Character

There is a wide variety of green spaces in Chilligo. Although this part of the city is not home to any green spaces, parks are sparse in nearby neighbourhoods, which makes them easy to access. Finally, as there are very few pedestrians, this part of Cambridge remains relatively serene.
