The neighbourhood of Tyandaga is part of the city of Burlington, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Hamilton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Moving around by car is very easy in Tyandaga. Parking is quite easy, and many houses for sale are a reasonably short car ride from the closest highway, such as Highway 407. On the other hand, travelling by public transit is challenging in Tyandaga. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. It is occasionally difficult for people walking to move around in Tyandaga as few common errands can be run on foot. This part of Burlington is also not particularly bike-friendly as the bicycling network is not very well-developed, and riding is rendered arduous by the often steep topography.
